I offer a safe, trauma-informed, compassionate, and non - judgemental therapeutic space to discuss what is negatively impacting your life, so that together we can start to make sense of things in a way that you find meaningful. I work with adults of all ages, and during this time I have largely found that when we can notice and understand our repeated patterns of thoughts and behaviour, we can feel more hopeful and better equipped to push forward with a renewed sense of confidence.
